10. PERSONAL LIABILITY. I understand that the host is not responsible for any personal injury or personal negligence throughout my reservation. I am fully responsible for my and or my guest's personal injuries and or negligence throughout the reservation. It’s understood to use my better judgment and safety protocol to ensure the safety of me and or my guest.
